DelARF is a statewide membership association of private community organizations and individuals that provide services to people with disabilities. Membership is open to private organizations and individuals that provide direct rehabilitation services to people with disabilities, organization that provide advocacy and educational services, and people with disabilities, family members, and advocates in Delaware.

Our mission is to support our members working to enhance the quality of life for people with disabilities.
