Open to private organizations providing direct rehabilitation services to people with disabilities.  Dues are .0025 times the organization's annual operations budget with a minimum annual payment of $500 and a maximum of $7,500.

Open to private organizations providing advocacy or educational services to people with disabilities.  Dues are $400 a year.
