Organizational

Open to private organizations that provide direct rehabilitation services to people with disabilities.

The organization must be offering services in the state of Delaware

Dues are .0025 times the organization's annual operations budget with a minimum annual payment of $500 and a maximum of $7,500.

Advocacy

Open to private organizations that provide advocacy or educational services to people with disabilities.

The organization must be offering services in the state of Delaware.

Dues are $400 a year.

Individual

Open to individual providers, or Individual supporters/sponsors with a family member that has a disability, or consumers with a disability.

The individual must live or work in the state of Delaware

Dues are $100 a year.
