The Governor’s Commission on Community-Based Alternatives for Individuals with Disabilities released their five-year goals and objectives in July 2007. The co-chairs of the Commission, Rita Landgraf and Secretary Vince Meconi, gave a presentation to DelARF members at our Annual Meeting in June.
